Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in a moderate to high volume restaurant
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff

  • At least 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service restaurant

Job Duties

  • Supervise kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
  • Manage staffing levels and scheduling for assigned workgroup
  • Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee made-from-scratch food production and recipe adherence
  • Conduct daily line checks and food quality reviews
  • Handle inventory, ordering, storage, and food rotation
  • Respond to guest feedback and maintain production time standards
