Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of kitchen management experience in a moderate to high volume restaurant
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to motivate and develop kitchen staff

Job Duties
- Supervise kitchen staff including line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers
- Manage staffing levels and scheduling for assigned workgroup
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards
- Oversee made-from-scratch food production and recipe adherence
- Conduct daily line checks and food quality reviews
- Handle inventory, ordering, storage, and food rotation
- Respond to guest feedback and maintain production time standards
