Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry preferred
  • ability to stand and walk for entire shift
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to complete required certifications
  • flexible availability to work varied shifts
  • compliance with safety and sanitation policies
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Can physically stand or walk 100% of shift
  • can reach, bend, stoop frequently
  • able to deliver plates and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs
  • ability to speak, read and write English
  • ability to read and write handwritten guest checks and notes
  • complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program
  • complete and pass food safety certification program
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • work in a fast paced environment

Job Duties

  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and procedural training
  • support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food and drink running as needed
  • be knowledgeable regarding food and beverage menus, current promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly
  • accurately enter orders into POS system
  • retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area and deliver to guests in a timely manner
  • collect guests’ payments including credit cards, cash, or gift cards and ensure transactions are correct using POS system
  • perform shift changes, opening and closing duties, and assigned sidework
  • pack and verify all ToGo orders with guests
  • greet guests at the curbside pickup area
