Job Description
McDonald's franchise restaurants in Norfolk are currently seeking motivated and dedicated Crew Members to join their team. These locations are independently owned and operated by local franchisees who hold licenses to use the McDonald's brand, logo, and food products, but operate as separate entities from McDonald's USA. This means that employees working at these restaurants are employed by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. As such, all employment decisions including hiring, supervision, scheduling, and discipline are managed entirely by the franchisee. McDonald's USA does not participate in these processes and has no access to applicants' employment data.

Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for at least 5 hours consecutively
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience
- Help customers order their favorite McDonald's meals
- Prepare all of McDonald's world famous food
- Partner with other crew and managers to meet daily goals and have fun
- Keep the restaurant looking fantastic
