Job Requirements

  • minimum of three (3) years outside sales experience
  • associate degree in automotive technology or related field preferred but not required
  • experience in the diagnostic tool industry is a plus
  • good business acumen including sales quota achievement and closing sales
  • outstanding relationship-building skills
  • strong communication and presentation skills
  • ability to understand and overcome customer's buying objections
  • strong time-management organizational and prioritization abilities
  • ability to adopt to quick business changes
  • excellent follow up skills and a sense of urgency when dealing with customers
  • general proficiency with microsoft office suite and other relevant software applications
  • requires a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle
  • consent to undergo background check

Job Duties

  • manage your territory by developing new business sales and prospects keeping an active schedule sufficient to grow revenue
  • work closely with the regional sales manager on territory management and account planning
  • develop and implement an aggressive prospecting plan to uncover sales opportunities
  • generate leads through self-conducted research and networking actively making cold calls and setting appointments looking for new business opportunities
  • conduct 5+ demos per week showcasing how noregon technology will improve their business and reduce repair times
  • train customers to ensure renewal of software
  • utilize a crm to record maintain and report customer information
