Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- legal authorization to work in the united states
- ability to communicate effectively in english
- availability to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- assist customers with finding products and making purchase decisions
- maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock areas
- process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- restock merchandise and manage inventory levels
- provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
- adhere to Nordstrom Rack policies and procedures
