Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Capability to perform physical duties such as standing for long periods and lifting merchandise
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with legal standards

Job Duties
- Conduct interviews and provide on-the-spot job offers to candidates
- Assist customers with their purchases and inquiries to deliver exceptional service
- Manage logistics processing including merchandise receiving and stocking
- Support store operations and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Participate in company training and development programs to enhance skills
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Adhere to company policies and legal requirements during all operational tasks
