Job Requirements
- post-secondary education or relevant certifications
- minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- willingness to work outdoors in mountain weather conditions
- passion for wellness and guest service excellence
Job Qualifications
- post-secondary certifications, diploma or degree an asset
- 3 plus years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- advanced Microsoft Office skills
- comfortable with technology and open to new learning

Job Duties
- delivers quality by engaging team members to deliver picture perfect, sparkling clean, first impressions in all public and back of house areas
- monitors ongoing daily maintenance, preventative maintenance and deep cleaning programs, conducts quarterly facility FF&E audits
- visible in operations, supporting execution and presentation of brand standards, guest touch points and revenue optimization
- sets par levels and control procedures to ensure employees have the tools and materials required to be successful
- creates business plans and budgets that align with overall financial goals
- reviews financial outcomes daily, weekly, and monthly, making adjustments to optimize revenues and margins
- leads recruitment efforts and fosters a positive work environment to attract and retain quality employees
