Job Requirements

  • post-secondary education or relevant certifications
  • minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
  • willingness to work outdoors in mountain weather conditions
  • passion for wellness and guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • post-secondary certifications, diploma or degree an asset
  • 3 plus years of management experience in hospitality or spa industry
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • comfortable with technology and open to new learning
  • a passion for mental and physical wellness

Job Duties

  • delivers quality by engaging team members to deliver picture perfect, sparkling clean, first impressions in all public and back of house areas
  • monitors ongoing daily maintenance, preventative maintenance and deep cleaning programs, conducts quarterly facility FF&E audits
  • visible in operations, supporting execution and presentation of brand standards, guest touch points and revenue optimization
  • sets par levels and control procedures to ensure employees have the tools and materials required to be successful
  • creates business plans and budgets that align with overall financial goals
  • reviews financial outcomes daily, weekly, and monthly, making adjustments to optimize revenues and margins
  • leads recruitment efforts and fosters a positive work environment to attract and retain quality employees
