Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 3 years customer service experience
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- effective communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- dependable and punctual
- proficient in using reservation software and POS systems
Job Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience is an asset
- minimum 3 years experience in call center, customer service or retail
- prior supervisory experience preferred
- experience with reservation software and POS preferred
- comfortable with technology and open to learning
- passion for guest service and health and wellness
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Lead the Spa Concierge team in exceeding guest expectations and maximizing daily revenues
- support the Spa Concierge team to make optimal business decisions
- maintain a perfect sense of arrival from curb to front desk
- ensure immediate eye contact and genuine greetings to guests
- possess thorough knowledge of hydrotherapy, spa services, retail products and offerings
- accurately manage reservations and check-ins to support a relaxing spa experience
- maximize locker turnover and average spend per locker occupied
- monitor and respond to guest inquiries, wait lists, emails, and phone calls
- keep reception, retail, and relaxation areas clean, stocked and tidy
- complete assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner
- complete work processes and checklists seamlessly
- promote personal communication and behaviors that support the spa's core values
- contribute to a collaborative workplace fostering community and acceptance
