Job Requirements
- Previous spa, hospitality, guest service, or retail experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Comfortable with technology and open to new learning
- Passion for guest service and health and wellness
- Experience with reservation software and POS systems preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long shifts including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring reaching, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Previous spa, hospitality, guest service, or retail experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong numerical skills including balancing daily sales and data collection
- Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
- Passion for guest service and health and wellness
- Experience with reservation software and point-of-sale systems preferred
Job Duties
- Ensuring the arrival area is clean and welcoming to make a great first impression
- Greeting guests promptly and warmly to foster a sense of community and acceptance
- Providing thorough knowledge of hydrotherapy, spa services, products, and offerings to customize guest experiences
- Accurately making reservations and checking in guests to support a relaxing spa atmosphere
- Maximizing locker turnover and average spend per locker to contribute to team success
- Managing guest inquiries via wait lists, emails, phone calls promptly to enhance satisfaction
- Cleaning, restocking, and tidying reception, retail, and relaxation areas throughout shifts to maintain quality impressions
