- Previous spa, hospitality, guest service or retail experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good with numbers and data collection
- Comfortable with technology and open to learning
- Passion for guest service and health and wellness
- Prior experience with reservation software and POS preferred

Job Duties
- Keeping the sense of arrival picture perfect from curb to front desk
- Greeting guests with immediate eye contact and a genuine welcome
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of hydrotherapy, services, products, and offerings
- Making accurate and detailed reservations and check-ins
- Managing locker turnover and maximizing average spend per locker occupied
- Responding to guest inquiries via wait lists, emails, and phone calls
- Cleaning, restocking, and tidying reception, retail, and relaxation spaces
- Completing assigned tasks timely and with quality
- Maintaining clean, organized, and well-repaired spaces
- Completing work processes and checklists efficiently
- Supporting inclusive values through personal communication and behavior
- Contributing to a collaborative workplace culture
