- previous spa, hospitality, guest service or retail experience
- excellent verbal communication skills
- good with numbers including balancing daily sales and data collection
- comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems
- passion for guest service and health and wellness
- experience with reservation software and POS preferred

Job Duties
- keep the sense of arrival picture perfect from curb to front desk
- greet guests with immediate eye contact and a genuine welcome
- create unique spa experiences with thorough knowledge of hydrotherapy, services, products and offerings
- make accurate reservations and check-ins to support a peaceful spa experience
- maximize locker usage and average spend per locker occupied
- monitor and respond to guest inquiries, wait lists, emails and phone calls
- clean, restock and tidy reception, retail and relaxation spaces during shifts
- complete assigned tasks in a timely and high-quality manner
- maintain clean, organized and well-repaired spaces
- follow work processes and checklists to respect guest peace
- ensure personal communication and behavior support inclusivity and equality
- contribute to a collaborative workplace with focus on community and acceptance
