Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and check in guests managing their reservations and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service answering questions about our spa services and amenities
- Efficiently manage the spa's booking system and phone inquiries
- Assist with retail sales of our exclusive spa products
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Conduct regular checks of the pool and spa areas to ensure safety cleanliness and chemical balance
