Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods
  • capacity to stand for long periods
  • physical ability to twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs
  • clear and comfortable communication skills with diverse guests
  • undergo background check
  • reliable transportation in varying weather conditions
  • punctual and reliable work attendance

Job Qualifications

  • excellent communication skills
  • previous guest service experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Have fun
  • be safe and assist guests safely through mountain activities
  • serve guests operating mountain attractions such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, trampolines, zip lines, and ropes courses
  • interact with guests to receive feedback and resolve special requests
  • verify tickets and answer ticket-related questions
  • promote a positive representation of Vail Resorts and provide high-quality guest service
  • maintain cleanliness and help preserve the mountain environment
  • engage inclusively with guests of different backgrounds and experience levels
  • stay flexible and adaptable to various duties and daily adventures
  • perform additional duties as assigned
