Job Duties
- Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
- Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
- Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety/security
- Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
- Serve food to guests courteously and timely
- Prepare food items quickly and accurately including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
- Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
- Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
- Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
- Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge promoting company culture
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- May include cook, cashier, and/or server responsibilities
- Adhere to appearance standards
- Enjoy a free shift meal
