Job Duties

  • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
  • Take guests' food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Follow operational policies and procedures including cash handling and safety/security
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Serve food to guests courteously and timely
  • Prepare food items quickly and accurately including prep, noodles, salads, soups, sandwiches
  • Check food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures including knife handling and kitchen equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, restrooms, kitchen, and prep areas
  • Handle guest concerns and complaints effectively
  • Work as a team to prepare the restaurant for each shift
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge promoting company culture
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Contribute to a positive team environment
  • May include cook, cashier, and/or server responsibilities
  • Adhere to appearance standards
  • Enjoy a free shift meal
