Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • minimum two years related experience or culinary training with Asian cooking styles
  • ability to utilize all wok station and kitchen equipment
  • assist with sushi station as needed
  • knowledge of quality food and food preservation
  • ability to maintain kitchen equipment safety and functionality
  • knowledge of sanitation standards
  • ability to follow recipes and production sheets
  • proficient English communication skills
  • availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand and walk continuously
  • ability to stoop, crouch, crawl, and communicate verbally
  • ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds
  • able to work in close quarters and extreme temperature conditions
  • must obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications
  • must have open availability

Job Qualifications
