Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- minimum two years related experience or culinary training with Asian cooking styles
- ability to utilize all wok station and kitchen equipment
- assist with sushi station as needed
- knowledge of quality food and food preservation
- ability to maintain kitchen equipment safety and functionality
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- ability to follow recipes and production sheets
- proficient English communication skills
- availability for flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical stamina to stand and walk continuously
- ability to stoop, crouch, crawl, and communicate verbally
- ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds
- able to work in close quarters and extreme temperature conditions
- must obtain and maintain necessary licenses or certifications
- must have open availability
Job Qualifications
