Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferably in similar roles
- Ability to obtain medical examiner's certification
- Ability to pass necessary immunizations and credentialing as required by customers
- Ability to read, speak and understand English to meet federal regulations
- Must comply with all local, state, and federal driving and safety laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 3 years driving experience preferably with Shred Trucks and Box Trucks
- Current valid driver's license with excellent driving record
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently for traffic laws and communication
- Ability to obtain medical examiner's certification
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Familiarity with federal, state, and local transportation regulations
Job Duties
- Perform onsite and offsite confidential document destruction or pick up and transport medical waste
- Pick up and transport waste safely according to all federal, state, and local rules and regulations
- Plan daily schedule based on customers' needs by reviewing manifests, route sheets, and prior reports
- Prepare and load trucks for account service ensuring adequate supplies
- Provide the highest level of customer service to assigned accounts and communicate any issues to supervisors
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip checks and report maintenance issues promptly
- Operate company equipment safely to minimize injury and equipment damage
