Job Requirements
- The ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- ability to record temperatures on dish machines and freezers
- willingness to work scheduled hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to perform duties requiring bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and repetitive motions
- ability to handle cleaning products and work in conditions of extreme heat

Job Duties
- Load and operate a dishwashing machine
- remove and store washed dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, etc
- wash pots, pans and cooking utensils
- mop floors, wash walls, windows, cabinets, shelves, and equipment including locker room and bathroom areas
- clear and clean tables and dispose of trash and garbage
- observe safety and health regulations and maintain highest standards of sanitation
- move materials into and out of storage area
- fill milk and beverage dispensers and replenish as needed
