Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- valid driver’s license
- three years of delivery experience preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently
- basic knowledge of gps systems and route planning
- ability to lift and carry packages up to 100 pounds
- ability to bend, stretch, and sit for extended periods
- ability to handle varied weather conditions
- maintains valid driver's license and DOT medical card
- full-time or part-time availability with weekend work
- flexible with possible holidays and overtime

Job Duties
- Transport products from warehouse or distribution center to customer locations in a timely manner
- follow predefined routes or gps directions ensuring the most efficient and safest path
- provide excellent customer service during delivery including greeting customers and handling questions
- verify delivery contents against orders and ensure accuracy and good condition
- maintain accurate delivery records including logs, receipts, and signatures
- ensure delivery vehicle is clean, maintained, and report any issues promptly
- follow traffic laws, company safety protocols, and regulations
- collect return items from customers and manage the return process if applicable
- address delivery issues or delays such as road closures or customer concerns and resolve them quickly
