Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Must be willing to work with guests of all ages including children aged 3 and older
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Strong communication skills
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
- Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended periods
- Successful completion of training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards
- Submission of parental consent and additional documentation for hires under age 18

- Comfortable snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
- Ability to work with guests of all ages including children ages 3 and older
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Successful completion of training requirements
- Ability to work across multiple resort departments including lift experience, mountain activities, food and beverage support, base area operations, and retail rental operations
Job Duties
- Teach group and private lessons
- Work with guests of all ages with a focus on children
- Deliver world-class guest service
- Create a safe and fun learning environment
- Support the needs of the snow sports school including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
- Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
- Perform other duties as assigned
