Job Requirements

  • At least 16 years of age
  • Must be comfortable and competent snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages including children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be comfortable being in snowboard boots for extended periods
  • Successful completion of training and meeting skill, guest service, and safety standards
  • Submission of parental consent and additional documentation for hires under age 18

Job Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable snowboarding on groomed blue terrain
  • Ability to work with guests of all ages including children ages 3 and older
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays
  • Successful completion of training requirements
  • Ability to work across multiple resort departments including lift experience, mountain activities, food and beverage support, base area operations, and retail rental operations

Job Duties

  • Teach group and private lessons
  • Work with guests of all ages with a focus on children
  • Deliver world-class guest service
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the needs of the snow sports school including scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment
  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong snowboarders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
