Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Three years of driving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Safely transport students to and from school and school-related activities in a van or small vehicle
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle
- Ensure student safety during loading, unloading, and while in transit
- Adhere to all traffic laws, Department of Transportation regulations, and local rules
- Manage student behavior and maintain discipline in the vehicle
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisors
