Job Requirements
- Valid class E (non-CDL) driver’s license in good standing
- possess or obtain a valid DOT medical card (company will assist where necessary)
- minimum age of 20 years
- pass background checks and driving tests
- ability to operate 14-passenger shuttle vehicles safely
- availability for 6 am to 2:30 pm shifts
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- physical capability to assist with equipment setup and cleaning duties
Job Qualifications
- Valid class E (non-CDL) driver’s license in good standing
- possession of a valid DOT medical card (or willingness to obtain with company assistance)
- professional driving experience is a plus
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- experience with customer service preferred
- ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic operational checks

Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way we can
- safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- opening and closing doors for patrons
- adhering to all traffic laws/signs to ensure the safest possible operation of our shuttles
- communicating effectively with customers and co-workers, including radio contact with management, shuttle drivers, and lot attendants
- completing required pre-trip inspections to meet federal as well as company safety requirements
- recording passenger counts and trip times
- completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- assisting in equipment set up and break down (i.e. signs, cones, etc.)
- sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- filling in as a lot attendant when needed
- communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
