Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a non-CDL driver
  • Experience delivering products and interacting with customers
  • No serious tickets or accidents in the last 3 years
  • DOT Medical Card/physical required
  • No DWI/DUI in the last 10 years
  • Bilingual preferred
  • E-Verify

Job Qualifications

  • Experience delivering products and interacting with customers
  • Ability to comply with truck driving rules and company procedures
  • Skill in operating vehicles safely including maneuvering trucks for loading and unloading
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Ability to document and log delivery activities accurately

Job Duties

  • Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers
  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance before every route
  • Drive routes and meet delivery schedules
  • Unload products for customers at the final delivery point
  • Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
  • Input macros into our automated system for each stage of the loading and unloading process
  • Comply with truck driving rules and regulations including size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods as well as with company policies and procedures
  • Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
  • Collect and verify delivery instructions
  • Report defects, accidents, or violations
