Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- 21 years of age
- At least 6 months of verifiable commercial motor vehicle driving experience on public roads within the past 3 years
- Must hold one valid Driver’s License free of restrictions issued by the state of residence
- Be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills

- Willing to travel 5 percent for business purposes

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of verifiable experience operating a commercial motor vehicle on public roads within the past 3 years
- Must have a valid Driver’s License free of restrictions of the required type
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead multiple projects and manage shifting priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 5 percent of the time

Job Duties
- Make safe, timely deliveries
- Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT and local, state, and federal regulations
- Unload and put away product at restaurants
- Assist in unloading trucks and putting away equipment at the Distribution Center
- Collaborate with team leaders to assess deliveries and continuous improvement
- Build relationships with restaurant operators to learn best practices
- Keep vehicle clean and report maintenance issues
- Comply with regulatory and company policies including FSMA
- Attend safety and job training sessions
- Maneuver trucks into positions at delivery locations
- Report defects, accidents, or violations
- Complete routes within established delivery windows
- Handle pickups and returns properly and submit paperwork
- Frequently lift heavy items and work in all weather conditions
- Maintain valid driver’s license and medical card
- Manage time off to ensure rest and comply with DOT regulations
- Maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Attend shift in proper attire with safety equipment
- Work in multi-temperature environments
- Maintain an acceptable MVR
- Act as navigator/helper to CDL-A drivers
- Adapt to change and manage challenges professionally
