Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass required DOT drug test and physical
- Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding
- Clean driving and safety record
- Ability to exert physical effort in handling objects of more than 75 lbs
- Valid non-CDL driver’s license
- Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 8:00 AM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid non-CDL driver’s license
- Previous experience in delivery or transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Physical ability to handle freight of more than 75 pounds
- Clean driving and safety record
Job Duties
- Operate vehicle in accordance with BSP Trans, Inc. safety procedures and operating standards, OSHA, DOT and local, state and federal laws
- Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within the local area in accordance with company standard of customer service and professionalism
- Deliveries may include both commercial and residential
- Effectively communicate with dispatch for route updates and stops and any delays that impact the daily schedule
