Job Requirements

  • Must successfully pass required DOT drug test and physical
  • Must have a successful completion of a county level background check during onboarding
  • Clean driving and safety record
  • Ability to exert physical effort in handling (pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.) objects of more than 75 lbs

  • Physical ability to lift and handle objects over 75 lbs
  • Experience with local delivery routes preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate vehicle in accordance with BSP Trans safety procedures and operating standards, OSHA, DOT and local, state and federal laws
  • Perform freight pick-ups and deliveries within the local area in accordance with company standard of customer service and professionalism
  • Deliveries may include both commercial and residential
  • Effectively communicate with dispatch for route updates and stops and any delays that are impactful of the daily schedule
