Job Requirements
- Physical ability to consistently lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to push and pull a store dolly loaded with 100 to 500 pounds of product
- Ability to work in cold environments such as walk-in freezers with temperatures between -10 to -20 degrees Fahrenheit
- Flexibility to work irregular schedules including layovers
- Accountability to exercise safe behavior
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
- Commitment to teamwork and integrity
Job Qualifications
- Non-CDL driver
- 1-2 years route delivery and sales experience preferred
- Experience in retail or frozen food sales, merchandising, and execution is a plus
- Familiarity with supermarket, convenience store, and drug store channels
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for customer service
- High integrity and commitment to teamwork
Job Duties
- Provide delivery, merchandising, and sales of products throughout the designated route
- Build excellent relationships with store managers, key store personnel, and potential customers
- Introduce new products and merchandise current inventory to maximize customer attraction
- Work in cold environments such as freezers to stock shelves, organize back stock, and pull product
- Operate a freezer truck early in the morning for up to 12 hours daily to deliver products
- Collaborate with the team to ensure outstanding execution at each account
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
