Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- valid driver's license
- one year route delivery experience or applicable background driving a straight truck
- ability to read and speak English sufficiently
- ability to operate vehicle in various traffic and weather conditions
- physical capability to lift and move products up to 100 pounds
- ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- adherence to company safety and operational policies

Job Duties
- Run routes efficiently meeting or exceeding designated route times
- unload product from trailer by hand or using hand cart and place in designated customer storage areas
- verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures
- handle any customer complaints professionally
- perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections according to DOT regulations
- assist with loading trucks and palletizing products as needed
- communicate effectively with management regarding discrepancies returns and routing issues
