Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid Alaskan driver's license
  • minimum five years driving experience
  • clean driving record
  • valid medical card
  • ability to pass drug screening
  • ability to pass background and reference checks
  • ability to perform physical tasks including lifting 75 pounds
  • ability to work in refrigerated settings
  • ability to operate pallet jacks

Job Qualifications

  • speak and read the English language
  • bi-lingual preferred
  • valid Alaskan driver's license
  • provide at least a five year driving record from Alaskan DMV
  • valid medical card
  • pass pre-employment drug test
  • pass background check
  • pass reference check
  • ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds repeatedly
  • ability to work in refrigerated environments
  • experience operating electric and manual pallet jacks safely

Job Duties

  • Drive company truck to deliver produce to customers on assigned routes
  • assist warehouse in storing incoming produce
  • return produce to coolers
  • fuel trucks and trailer refrigeration units
  • occasionally process product orders
  • hook and unhook truck from trailers
  • inspect equipment
  • load and unload trailers
  • break down pallets of produce
  • fill out and complete required paperwork promptly
  • practice safe driving techniques
  • provide good customer service
  • deliver produce by set deadlines
  • maintain vehicles to company standards
  • perform occasional warehouse duties
  • ensure quality and food safety
  • communicate customer issues to management
  • collect signatures and payments at delivery
