Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- ability to comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations
- physical ability to perform loading and unloading tasks
- reliable transportation to work
- availability to work varied shifts including afternoons
- ability to work six days per week
- capability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to follow proper health code guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
- safety-first mindset including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- ability to comply with all applicable Federal and State DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations
- ability to self-motivate and efficiently complete 8-12 hour routes
- strong communication skills
- physical capability to perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 125 pounds
Job Duties
- Manually load and unload trucks
- check equipment for mechanical safety and ensure emergency equipment is operational
- report maintenance needs for vehicles
- follow DOT and FMCSA regulations
- maintain excellent communication with co-workers and store personnel
- keep safety as a top priority at all times
- deliver fresh products to stores six days per week with variable shift start times based on route
