Job Requirements
- CDL A preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to comply with all State and Federal traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment
- Must relocate to Portland, OR before starting work
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM shift
- Willingness to perform utility warehouse support duties between deliveries
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in delivery or warehouse operations beneficial
- Ability to operate and maneuver 24-foot trailers proficiently
- Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
Job Duties
- Ensure the safe and punctual delivery of material from the warehouse to the plant distribution points
- Promote a winning business culture by demonstrating service excellence and professionalism
- Serve as utility warehouse support between delivery windows including tasks such as kitting and forklift operation
- Participate in miscellaneous operational duties as needed
- Comply with company safety regulations and all applicable traffic laws
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any issues promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support delivery and warehouse operations
