Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age or older
  • no experience required
  • on-the-job training provided
  • may require CDL with specific class and endorsement
  • capable of driving and operating shuttle safely and responsibly
  • able to assist passengers including those with special needs
  • able to perform vehicle inspections and routine cleaning

Job Qualifications

  • no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • on-the-job training provided
  • preferred one year of passenger shuttle driving experience
  • CDL with necessary class and endorsements may be required
  • ability to provide excellent customer service
  • capability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs

Job Duties

  • transport passengers to and from assigned locations
  • ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs
  • assist passengers with luggage
  • inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance
  • perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttles
  • provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
  • maintain and enforce evacuation plans
  • report incidents to management
  • refuel and maintain equipment
  • disinfect shuttle after each use
  • perform pre and post vehicle inspections
