Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age or older
- no experience required
- on-the-job training provided
- may require CDL with specific class and endorsement
- capable of driving and operating shuttle safely and responsibly
- able to assist passengers including those with special needs
- able to perform vehicle inspections and routine cleaning
Job Qualifications
- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- on-the-job training provided
- preferred one year of passenger shuttle driving experience
- CDL with necessary class and endorsements may be required
- ability to provide excellent customer service
- capability to operate specialized equipment for passengers with special needs
Job Duties
- transport passengers to and from assigned locations
- ensure safe loading and unloading of passengers including those with special needs
- assist passengers with luggage
- inspect vehicles regularly for safety and maintenance
- perform routine cleaning and maintenance of shuttles
- provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
- maintain and enforce evacuation plans
- report incidents to management
- refuel and maintain equipment
- disinfect shuttle after each use
- perform pre and post vehicle inspections
