Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior sales experience preferably in beverage or related industry
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • willingness to travel within assigned territory
  • proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record of new business acquisition and meeting sales targets
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong presentation skills
  • knowledge of non-alcoholic beverage industry
  • experience with customer relationship management
  • ability to develop strategic territory plans
  • proficiency in sales tracking systems
  • self-starter with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Prospect and acquire new accounts
  • sell-in distribution including presenting and negotiating product listings, pricing, and promotions
  • new cooler placements ensuring proper branding and sales benchmarks
  • build customer relationships through regular follow-up and service
  • strategically plan and execute territory growth
  • communicate product benefits and educate customers
  • ensure proper product stocking, merchandising, and visibility
  • maintain accurate sales records and reporting
  • input new account information and manage cooler inventory
