Job Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board certified or board eligible
- Must have or be eligible for Arizona state medical licensure
- Completion of ACGME residency training with current ABMS board certification
- Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals
- Team-oriented provider passionate about quality care and ministry service to the poor and underprivileged

Job Duties
- Provide on-site adult inpatient care including admissions and cross coverage
- Collaborate with subspecialty teams to coordinate patient care
- Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and clinical communication
- Participate in the academic program affiliated with Creighton University
- Maintain high standards of patient care aligning with hospital and organizational goals
- Work night shifts on a 7 on 7 off schedule
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and productivity incentives
