Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate efficiently in English using proper grammar in a pleasant manner
- Typing and experience with Microsoft Office software
- Must be able to handle a multiplicity of routine tasks, following specific instructions carefully and general instructions completely
- Physical effort is minimal
- Seventy-five percent of the workday is spent sitting, standing intermittently, and bending
- Must be able to lift and carry up to twenty pounds
- Requires manual coordination to operate switchboard, computer, and other business equipment
- Requires continuous mental and visual attention to diversified operations
- Must be able to function efficiently despite distractions and interruptions
- Communicates orally and/or in writing with residents, coworkers, families, and general public

Job Duties
- Open and close the front desk and properly secure all files, keys, and equipment in the office area
- Communicate promptly and clearly all messages and material to the appropriate parties
- Accept and record reservations, appointments, and cancellations as directed
- Confirm scheduled transportation and event registration with residents
- Receive all persons entering the community in a courteous manner
- Inform, guide, direct or assist residents, visitors, staff, or vendors tactfully to present a positive image of the community
- Perform various clerical duties as assigned
