Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience preferably in retail
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to handle physical demands such as walking bending climbing ladders and lifting 50 lbs overhead
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must comply with safety procedures and alcohol sales regulations
Job Qualifications

- 1-3 years of experience 1+ years in a retail setting preferred
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs overhead and perform physical tasks related to retail merchandizing
- Knowledge of wine spirits and beer preferred
Job Duties
- Maximize product inventory including processing freight organizing distributing inventory pulling stocking merchandise building displays placing signage supporting digital business operations by fulfilling orders assisting with in-store curbside pick-up and delivery services including driving making deliveries if assigned
- Deliver exceptional service and personalized experience by greeting customers engaging to build relationships informing about products and services
- Participate in wine spirits and beer training to build product knowledge
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements promotions and loyalty programs
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment
- Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned
- Load and deliver orders in a safe and professional manner following company policies procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws if delivery is added as an essential job function
