Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday to Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleaning standards
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide professional residential cleaning services according to company standards
- Follow detailed cleaning instructions to ensure thorough home maintenance
- Manage scheduling and punctuality for assigned shifts
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude while working independently or with a team
- Report any customer concerns or issues promptly to management
- Use company supplied equipment and supplies responsibly and maintain inventory
- Participate in ongoing training and performance evaluations
