Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
- Good work ethic and enjoy serving people
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Aspirations to grow beyond cleaning roles
- Future focused and ready to lead
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Good work ethic and enjoyment in serving people
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday
- Valid driver license and own vehicle
- Experience in housekeeping, home health aide, caretaker, hospitality, carpet cleaning, general labor, or similar fields encouraged
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Aspirations for leadership and personal growth
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning services from routine maintenance to deep cleaning
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail to meet quality standards
- Manage work shifts between Monday and Friday within designated hours
- Use provided supplies and equipment responsibly
- Maintain positive interaction with clients to deliver exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing incentive and bonus programs
