Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to work flexible shifts Monday - Friday 7:45 am - 5:00 pm or until finished
- Must have your own vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
- Must have a positive attitude and enjoy serving people
- Willingness to grow and take on leadership roles in the future
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or related fields preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license with access to a reliable vehicle
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrated work ethic and reliability
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining communication
- Follow company protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Use provided cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently and responsibly
- Report any maintenance issues or client concerns to supervisors
- Maintain punctuality and reliability adhering to flexible shifts Monday through Friday
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
