Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- must have flexible availability Monday through Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm or until the job is finished
- must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
- physically capable of performing cleaning duties including lifting and bending
- positive attitude with a passion for serving others
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ability to handle physical aspects of cleaning work
- ability to follow directions and safety protocols
Job Duties
- deliver thorough residential cleaning services from routine maintenance to deep cleaning
- follow company procedures and safety standards for cleaning
- provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- maintain attention to detail to ensure high quality results
- operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning supplies efficiently
