Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Ability to use OpenTable or willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Positive and friendly demeanor
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation software is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Positive attitude and vibrant personality
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar systems
  • Coordinate effectively with the restaurant team to maintain smooth guest flow
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu offerings and restaurant policies
  • Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
  • Uphold the culture of respect and care within both the kitchen and dining room
