Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to use OpenTable or willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Positive and friendly demeanor
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation software is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and vibrant personality
- Ability to work cohesively with a team
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar systems
- Coordinate effectively with the restaurant team to maintain smooth guest flow
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about menu offerings and restaurant policies
- Maintain composure and efficiency during busy periods
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Uphold the culture of respect and care within both the kitchen and dining room
