Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year cooking experience in a professional kitchen
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- food handler's certification preferred
- commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards

Job Duties
- work on assigned station in an organized and level-headed manner
- follow recipes and maintain kitchen standards
- report to the Chef team for instructions
- prepare Italian dishes such as rigatoni alla vodka, pizzas, pastas, and chicken scarpariello
- maintain clean and safe kitchen work environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- adhere to health and safety regulations
