Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is an advantage

- Familiarity with health and safety standards in food service environments
- Good physical stamina and ability to handle manual labor
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish, trash, and floor areas to meet health and kitchen standards
- Manage dish machine operations including checking chemical levels and reporting malfunctions
- Use sanitizing materials correctly for all cleaning tasks
- Periodically check and remove full trash containers
- Organize dish area for pots, pans, sinks, and silverware
- Wash pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware carefully
- Keep floors clean from spills, grease, and trash
- Assist with kitchen preparation and additional cleaning duties as needed
- Maintain professional relationships with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Uphold all health and sanitation standards compliant with Neiman Marcus and local regulations
