Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcoholic beverages as per state law
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Good personal hygiene and grooming

- Completion of company training programs and certifications as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to engage guests effectively and enthusiastically
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Read table to provide a unique, personalized experience to guests through personal connections and genuine interactions
- Engage in conversations supporting current sports events and promotions
- Participation required for company’s Mystery Shop, GEM and BARS program
- Follow company standards for BARS program and check guest identification
- Correctly take orders and enter them into the Point of Sale system
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check with guests to ensure satisfaction and inform managers if needed
- Remove dishes and glassware from tables
- Collect and process guest payments accurately
- Follow Steps of Service and maintain service, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Bussing, resetting tables, restocking table caddies, cleaning menus and placing them
- Stock server station and refill ice bins
- Wash and sterilize glassware and silverware
- Remove debris and spills from floor in assigned section
- Clean NTN tablets after use
- Perform FOH support opening and/or closing duties
- Other duties as assigned by management
