Job Duties
- Serve as the central point for incoming calls directing customers to the right department or team member
- Greet and announce visitors ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued
- Provide general information about dealership activities promotions and services
- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments preparing materials and assisting with follow-up communications
- Use dealership systems and software to log customer interactions and support smooth operations
- Assist with special events customer appreciation days and showroom presentations
