Job Duties

  • Serve as the central point for incoming calls directing customers to the right department or team member
  • Greet and announce visitors ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued
  • Provide general information about dealership activities promotions and services
  • Support the sales team by scheduling appointments preparing materials and assisting with follow-up communications
  • Use dealership systems and software to log customer interactions and support smooth operations
  • Assist with special events customer appreciation days and showroom presentations
