Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in receptionist, office assistant, or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office software

Job Duties
- Serve as the central point for incoming calls, directing customers to the right department or team member
- Greet and announce visitors, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued
- Provide general information about dealership activities, promotions, and services
- Support the sales team by scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and assisting with follow-up communications
- Use dealership systems and software to log customer interactions and support smooth operations
- Assist with special events, customer appreciation days, and showroom presentations
