Job Requirements
- Must possess a current and valid driver's license
- Must be 21+ years old
- Have a clean driving record, that is deemed acceptable by the company's insurance provider
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing
- Must be able to effectively operate both automatic and manual transmissions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Clean driving record acceptable to company insurance
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions orally and in writing
- Customer-service oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Greet all customers entering the service department with a friendly, professional attitude
- Answer customer questions and direct them to available service advisors
- Manage vehicle traffic flow and parking in the service area
- Stage vehicles for oil changes and retrieve corresponding parts from the Parts Department
- Coordinate with service team leaders to drop off vehicles in designated areas
- Assist inspection sticker technicians by retrieving vehicle registrations from the Sales Department and returning completed vehicles to customers
- Retrieve serviced vehicles upon request
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service drive area
- Ensure vehicles are parked only in designated areas
