Job Requirements
- us citizen or us resident
- experience working in nightclubs
- ability to stand or walk a minimum of eight-hour shifts
- capacity to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary
- able to work in fast-paced and high-volume environments
- tolerate exposure to secondhand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights, sun, rain, and dust
Job Qualifications
- minimum 3 years experience as a nightlife manager in upscale and high-volume nightclubs
- experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels, or events
- knowledge of fine dining service steps and techniques
- proven track record in reaching sales targets
- strong communication skills in English and preferably Spanish
- proficiency with technology platforms
- experience in conflict resolution
- leadership experience based on motivation and labor laws
Job Duties
- manage VIP guest relations and ensure outstanding customer service
- oversee bottle service operations and nightlife entertainment coordination
- lead and motivate staff according to labor laws and business standards
- implement conflict resolution strategies efficiently
- meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and engagement
- operate and manage various technology platforms
- maintain high standards of service based on fine dining steps and techniques
