- ability to lift 40 lbs without assistance
- willing to obtain a CA Food Handler’s Certification and RBS training if not already certified
- basic math skills or ability to use a calculator

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with daily service
- maintain overall bar cleanliness
- prepare batches and other cocktail ingredients
- wash and organize glassware
- retrieve and keep adequate levels of bar stock
- clean as part of opening and closing duties
