Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- ability to work long hours including nights, weekends, and emergency shifts
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 51 pounds occasionally
- ability to work in noisy and varying temperature environments
- ability to comply with safety and operational standards
- must provide additional documentation as required by individual states

Job Duties
- perform assigned workstation duties including making quality products
- prepare ingredients
- take orders
- provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers by phone or in person
- act with urgency in completing tasks
- work as a team and assist other workstations
- complete all closing duties including cleaning
- comply with uniform and appearance standards
- accurately use the FOCUS system
- process cash and credit card transactions
- support sales efforts by suggestively selling
- maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas
- comply with safety and security standards at all times
