Job Description
This job opportunity is presented by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise restaurant, which operates under a license to use McDonald's branding, food products, and operational standards. This franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald's USA and solely responsible for all employment decisions and management within the restaurant. The franchisee holds full authority over hiring, firing, scheduling, staffing, supervision, and discipline, making them the direct employer of all restaurant team members. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Availability to work flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch, late nights, weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks required in a fast-food restaurant
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must be reliable and punctual
